The Luckiest Lady in London - Sherry Thomas, Corrie James

I feel like this book went off the rails somewhere. This is not at all what I thought it was going to be. What am I supposed to do with a "hero" that is trying to turn the heroine into a prostitute? And she keeps wavering on whether or not to give into him because she's so attracted [insert graphic sexual scenarios] blah blah blah but now she won't because she's "in love". HOW ARE YOU IN LOVE WITH THIS CRETIN?! Someone who clearly doesn't respect you very much. Where did all that indignation go?

WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!

I've thus far really liked Sherry Thomas's books (okay, the two I've read), so I'm going to hope that she'll bring this one around for me. But I'm on shaky faith at the moment.
